Which place would you travel to now if you could?

I would love to go back to Iceland…It’s such a unique place- the landscapes, the people and the food.

What's the first restaurant you're going to go to after the quarantine?

I’d like to go for a boozy brunch at Aquagrill in New York with a big group of friends.

What are your favourite beauty places or spa treatments?

My best spa experience was at the Amangiri in Utah. The design of the space is so beautiful and the treatments are excellent!

What are you doing/using to stay physically active and mentally well at the moment?

I'm currently loving the Melissa Wood workouts. They are very versatile.

What helps you get to sleep if you are wired but tired?

I have an amazing podcast called ‘Einschlafen’ which means ‘falling asleep’ in German. It’s a guy who sits at home and only talks about very boring things; when I have insomnia I put that on and I’m usually out within 15 minutes.

What is your skincare regime during the lock-down (morning and evening)?

I start the day by washing my face with cold water and then I use the Irene Forte Lemon Toner and a hydrating serum and moisturiser. In the evenings, I cleanse my face with the Irene Forte Almond Cleansing Milk followed by the Lemon Toner and another serum. I finish off my evening routine with the Hibiscus Night Cream.

Do you have one evening or more a week where you spend time masking/ pampering? What do you do?

Once or twice a week I exfoliate and then I also love using the Irene Forte Pistachio Face Mask.

What is the best beauty/ skin advice you've ever been given?

My facialist once told me that cold water is the best for your skin, it really gets the circulation going. I love washing my face with ice-cold water. It feels like a facelift!
