Luxury Food Hamper, meets Italian Skincare

Irene Forte Skincare Mediterranean Hamper

The Skye McAlpine x Irene Forte Skincare collaboration brings you the best of Italian skincare for the ultimate Valentine’s Day food hamper.

We’re so excited to finally launch our latest collaboration: The Mediterranean Hamper.

Whilst we can’t travel, we wanted to bring everyone a (literal) taste of Italy. We’ve put together the ultimate pamper hamper, collaborating with some amazing women along the way. If you’re looking for a Valentine’s Day gift hamper for two, this is it. Whether you’re a foodie or a luxury skincare addict, there’s something for everyone.

Collaborating with Venice-based chef, Skye McAlpine, was a no-brainer. We love how she has taken inspiration from our product ingredients to design a completely vegan menu (to match our vegan skincare range). The hamper includes three of her recipes (including follow-along videos!) as well as two printed menu cards for the perfect Valentine's tablescape. 

Skye McAlpine says, “I am a huge fan of the Irene Forte Skincare range, so it has been an absolute joy to collaborate on this project together. I’ve been spoiled for choice taking inspiration from the cornucopia of exquisite ingredients Irene uses in her products - and have loved conjuring them into my dream supper for two. The way I cook is all about simplicity and ease, and a healthy dose of indulgence - so Irene and I have worked together to create a menu that is very simple to throw together, but will also feel special and spoiling to eat, and bring a burst of Italian warmth on these grey winter days - whether you’re cooking for someone you love, or just treating yourself.” 

And what menu would be complete without Prosecco? Here, we've partnered with Della Vite (another vegan brand!), the brainchild of Poppy, Cara, and Chloe Delevigne. This delicious drink hails from the Treviso region of Italy and pairs perfectly with Skye's Crema al Cioccolato recipe.

We’ve also included some of our favorite organic skincare products. Our Vanilla Hand Cream, a winter-must have to soften and protect dry hands, as well as our award-winning Pistachio Face Mask, to help hydrate and plump the skin. This is a staple of every Italian skincare routine. Spending Valentine's Day at home is sounding pretty good now!

As a sustainable skincare brand working with Skye, who is also so passionate about sustainability, led to so many creative ideas. We decided to include a guide within the hamper with suggestions on how to reuse the glass bottles and jars, as well as how to repurpose the hamper. For Skye, she imagined a chilly Spring picnic for when we emerge from lockdown and has written her top picnic tips. The Delevingne sisters’ have provided their favorite picnic prosecco cocktail recipe, The Poppy Spritz, which is as refreshing as it sounds.
