FAQs

Why is the paint chipping on my lid?

We have been experiencing a few problems with the spray paint on our lids/ overcaps chipping due to a compatibility issue between the paint and the creams/ oils. We are fixing the problem and will have new lids in place by 18th December. Any products bought in between this time online/in Rocco Forte Spas may have lids that chip very quickly. Anyone who buys products in this time will get new lids sent as soon as they are ready and a 20% discount on their next online purchase. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The Hyaluronic Acid we use is a vegan source obtained with the fermentation of non-genetically modified bacteria. It does not contain alcohol, parabens or other harmful skin ingredients.

Why do you use fragrance in your products and not essential oils?

Essential oils are fabulous, potent oils derived from plants. However, many of them contain common allergens such as linalool and citronellol, which are known to irritate young skin and lead to contact dermatitis. When creating Irene Forte Skincare, we wanted to ensure that the products were suitable for sensitive skin and we wanted to minimise the risk of irritation or allergic reactions. That is why we decided to use fragrances that have been purified from allergens.
