DELIVERY & RETURNS
We dispatch orders placed before 12pm on the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders made post 12pm, are dispatched the following day. Orders made on Saturday, Sunday and national holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
Please allow for additional processing time during peak periods, such as promotions, holiday seasons and around new launches. During these peak periods, it can take up to 2-3 business days to prepare an order.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Once in transit, we cannot redirect shipments to a new or different address. If your order is returned due to an invalid or incorrect address, it will be returned to stock and the order refunded less any shipping costs.
SHIPPING COSTS & TIMES
We offer complimentary standard shipping for all orders over $50.
Standard (for orders under $50) and express shipping costs are calculated based on delivery location and package weight.
Standard shipping: 2-5 business days (UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Select)
Express shipping: typically 24-48 hours, but location dependant (USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air/UPS Next Day Air)
WHERE WE SHIP
We have three warehouses globally (in the UK, Netherlands & US) allowing us to ship to the UK, throughout the EU, and the US.
All orders shipped to these locations are on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. There will not be any additional charges upon delivery.
If you wish to ship to a country not listed above, your order will be shipped on a DDU (delivered duty unpaid) basis. This means you will need to pay customs fees and local sales tax. We are regrettably unable to confirm the exact amount of these and thus suggest you contact your local customs office.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
You are welcome to return any unwanted items to us within 14 days from receiving your order.
Please note that all items must be returned new, unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
In the rare case that you have had a reaction to a product, we do also accept a return. Please note we do request an explanation or proof of the type of reaction. The product must also be at least half full and returned to us within 30 days from receiving your order.
Returns that do not meet our policy requirements will not be accepted or refunded.
If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service team via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number in the email. Our team will prepare a complimentary return label for returns that meet our policy requirements. It is important that you contact our customer service team before you send in a return. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit or that have not been communicated to us in advance.
Refunds will not be processed until items have been returned to us and inspected. You will receive an email notification when a refund has been processed. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete depending on the bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we are unable to influence this. PayPal refunds are available immediately.
We monitor return and refund activity and reserve the right to limit, refuse a return or charge a return processing fee if we find that our policy has been abused.
